Their customer service is great. I just dropped in for an estimate, which Molly kindly performed on the spot. (Other local places I called couldn’t even get me in for just an estimate for several weeks.) After I got the estimate approved by my insurance, I had an appointment to get the work done within a couple of weeks. It was super easy to pick up and return the rental car with the Hertz folks located on site. Colleen was very helpful with progress updates, and my vehicle was ready a day early. The repairs looked great, and my vehicle was super clean – inside and out. (Cleaner than when I took it in!)

Colleen was amazing at customer service and making sure to keep in touch with me. The guys did such a wonderful job at making my car look like brand new and even detailed my car. Love it thanks for everything. I think they need raises or a bonus for such a wonderful job.

Shout out to Koleen (at the Pueblo location) for helping me get my Ford Escape repaired after an accident! She contacted me personally and took the time to get me taken care of. She was always available for contact which made it easy for me given my work schedule. I was also provided for a rental while my car was being repaired so I didn’t have to worry about transportation. They finished the body work in a timely manner and it came out perfect! I have no complains whatsoever! All my parts were from Ford as I requested 🙂 so you can’t tell at all. My car looks just like when I first bought it ❤️ thank you Koleen for your amazing service! I’ll definitely go back for any future repairs and recommend you guys to my friends and family!

The customer service was fantastic at Pro Masters. It took a little longer to get my truck back because of the other guys insurance taking a little longer than expected but it was worth it because the work was done right and done right the first time. I would go back to Pro Masters anytime I need something done that they can do because I know it will be done right and I wont have to worry about quality and whether or not it will be done right. Awesome! Recently had repair work performed by Pro-Masters. This company impressed me with the type of service they provided by taking care of my $500 deductible as well as making arrangements for a rental vehicle. And, in all the years that I had dealings with other repair shops, none of them even come close to what Pro-Masters did for me. I am truly grateful for their service, and I highly recommend that as the best place to get the job done!!!
